The Focus stage exists to help you:

• choose one direction that deserves your energy right now

• reduce pressure from trying to maintain everything at once

• define what other channels are not responsible for in this season

• begin gathering your attention instead of spreading it thin

This stage is complete when you feel settled in one primary focus — and are no longer mentally juggling every option at once.

When to use this guide

Use this guide when:

• you’re active in multiple selling channels and feel scattered

• you’ve explored your options but haven’t clearly narrowed your focus

• you feel behind in several places at once

• you want to simplify without feeling like you’re quitting everything else

Do not use this guide when:

• you are still unsure which environments fit you (start with Understand Your Environment)

• your decisions are still open (return to Decide What Matters)

• you’ve already chosen a direction and need help staying with it (move to Stay With Focus)

• you’re looking for tactics, marketing strategy, or optimization tips

Focus is not execution.
It’s choosing where your execution energy will go.
