Is Sales Tax included?
For resellers: If you’re looking to make a tax-exempt purchase, you’ll need to provide us with a valid Resale Certificate (also called a resale license, reseller permit, or tax exemption certificate). This form allows your business to buy goods from me tax-free, since they’re intended for resale. It’s a simple process, and I'm here to help if you have any questions!

What wood species do you use?
We regularly use:
Red Cedar is a beautiful softwood known for it’s reddish hue. We use both rough and finished red cedar.
Whitewood a generic term for Pine, Spruce and similar species of white softwood.
Premium Douglas Fir is a strong wood with beautiful grain that accepts stain well.
Various other Hard, Soft and Exotic Woods are also used including Maple, White Oak, Red Oak, Wormy Maple, Curly Maple, Tigerwood, Wenge, Purple Heart, Walnut, Cherry and many others.
Treated Lumber may also be used for certain exterior items that have a stain or another type of protective coating. We will always let you know in the item description if treated lumber is used.

Will my item look exactly like the image presented?
Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I get that every detail matters! Since each piece is made from natural wood, there will always be some unique variations in grain and color. This means your item will have its own distinct character, making it one-of-a-kind—just like you!
For custom orders, I love working on special requests. Want to see your custom piece before it ships? Just ask, and I’ll happily send you a picture of your unique creation.

Do I have to keep an item if I don't like it?
Your satisfaction means everything to me! Every item is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches your hands, because I want you to love your purchase.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most ready-made items ship within 5–7 days. Custom orders vary but typically take 2–3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Please reach out if you have special shipping needs.
